The development of the Cloud'n'Car system continues uninterrupted, as we closely follow the needs of our clients and improve the software in order to facilitate their business. The result of these efforts is new services and new functionalities, which are already implemented and available for use.

One very useful option, which will greatly facilitate and speed up administrative work in car services, but also in insurance companies, is the implementation of the Cloud'n'Car Smart Card Reader. It gives us support for reading the information about the vehicle entered in the chips of traffic licenses. This is at first glance not a novelty, since many systems allow the same functionality. However, with the Cloud'n'Car Smart Traffic Reader reader it is just the basics - the true value of the system is that it reads the data automatically based on the data read by the client in the system and connects the vehicle to the client, distinguishing between the legal entity and the physical person.

As you know, the Cloud'n'Car system is based on cloud computing. However, since certain clients (for objective or subjective reasons) demanded that the system be implemented locally on their computers, we created a Windows version of the car servicing software. It has the same functionality as the basic (cloud) version of the software. Now our clients have the option of choosing, although our recommendation is the use of the cloud version because it brings more flexibility of use. It can be used on any device that has a web browser (phone, tablet, computer ...), in any place with an Internet connection, and all improvements automatically become available to customers.

Car servicing is very important information and analytics of clients. Therefore, in the Cloud'n'Car system, an analytic is implemented that graphically shows how many clients were in a given period of time, how many of them are new, how many old clients, how many times, and at what intervals, these old clients visited service.

The information section in the Cloud'n'Car system, which takes care when clients expire registration, is a fantastic way to show extra concern about them. The system automatically generates a list of clients whose registration expires in the next month, leaving enough space for the car service to use this important data in the best way and to raise the level of its commitment to customers. Thanks to this information, customers can timely remind themselves of the expiration of the registration, they may be offered free inspection checks at a discount if a repair is required, in order to ensure that the vehicle is fully ready for the upcoming technical inspection.

Within the work order, automatic calculation of working hours of all mechanics involved in vehicle maintenance was implemented. This is accomplished by the fact that along with every work order, all the mechanics who worked on the vehicle are joined, as well as the time they spent to repair the malfunction. On this basis, for each mechanic, the salary is immediately calculated (because the system also has its schedule), but also the value of the performed service (account) based on the price of spent hours and parts.

The internal messaging system within the Cloud'n'Car system provides active notifications to all employees associated with a specific work order. Through sound and visual signaling, anyone involved in the car repair process will know when a particular job is completed and, based on this, will be able to prepare and start the next step in a timely manner. For example, when the engine is disassembled, the storekeeper will have the information that it is time to send replacement parts to the workshop, when the engine is completed, it will be time to send the appropriate oil ... Thanks to these alerts, maximum work optimization is achieved and ensures that the entire the vehicle repair process runs smoothly and without interruption. The result is the minimum time-delayed vehicle service, faster repairs, and therefore more satisfied customers who will quickly get their pets back to four points faster.

One of the biggest advantages of the Cloud'n'Car system is simple integration with existing software tools from other manufacturers. Many car services are just parts of larger units that include technical inspections, auto parts stores ... and it's often the case that each of them has a separate, isolated software that is not interconnected with other segments within the company. The Cloud'n'Car system provides the ability to easily connect and integrate with existing software products through the import of their databases.
